He was informative, professional, quite pleasant and offered a fair and reasonable price. While meeting with us, he gave a complete explanation of each gas burner available and the rebate offers. On the start date, the crew showed up on time and were professional, pleasant and thorough. The oil tank was inside our basement and was emptied and removed with great care. After a few days, the job was finished on time and to our complete satisfaction. We have had the burner for one year now with no issues and a greatly reduced energy bill.
